At SweetRise Bakery, we are committed to baking fresh, high-quality products that delight our customers. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining our standards.
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if the request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.
Custom orders, including specialty cakes and large batch requests, require more preparation. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date for a 60% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 6 days of the order date.
If you receive a product that is damaged, stale, or not as described, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt. We may ask for photos to verify the issue. Valid complaints will be resolved with a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the problem.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours after the scheduled time will be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued for missed pickups.
Due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our products, same-day purchases and walk-ins are final sales and non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method.
